Yerevan/Mediamax/. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has announced at the government session today that by his decision Deputy Director of the Armenian National Security Service (NSS) Eduard Martirosyan has been appointed acting director of the service.
The Prime Minister has added that First Deputy Chief of Armenian Police Arman Sargsyan is appointed acting Chief of Police.
Former heads of the two agencies, NSS Director Artur Vanetsyan and Police Chief Valeriy Osipyan were dismissed on September 16 and 18 respectively.
