Yerevan/Mediamax/. Today, Armenian government approved the request of "Ararat Group" Company on provision of "temporary import" preferential tax order.

Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan informed at the session of the government today that “Ararat Group” plans to realize investments at the volume of USD 27mln by 2015.  

According to him, the company will deal with production of mineral beverages, processing of agricultural products and export. Tigran Davtyan informed that the company intends to secure about 220 workplaces.

The Minister of Economy said that the technical launch of the enterprise will take place in June-July of 2011, and production will be fully established by the end of the year.

According to him, the government will continue the policy of supporting investment programs. “About 60 investment programs are in the process of the Ministry’s review. This year 4 companies from various spheres have already received benefits for new investments, import of equipment, which will lead to significant progress in the real sector”, Tigran Davtyan said.
