Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchyan stressed the importance of efficient evaluation of video lessons today.

“The key issue of education system in terms of content is the correct distribution of school subject groups and spheres. The second most important issue is methodology – first we have to develop and offer to schools the methodology of video lessons and e-learning. The next issue is creation of e-library, where we should include a complete and systematized educational content by subjects and grades. The system must be open and accessible to all schools,” Levon Mkrtchyan said.

Minister reminded of Prime Minister’s instruction to prepare the event schedule for mass application of e-learning in the new academic year in two weeks and present it to the government.

During the meeting, the following school subjects were selected for distant learning and e-learning - informatics, chemistry, physics, biology, geography and foreign languages.

The “National program of virtual community for school cooperation” was presented as well.
