Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Lugansk People's Republic” addressed a request to Armenia and 9 other states to recognize its independence.
The request was addressed to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Syria, Serbia, Venezuela, China, Cuba and Nicaragua as well as Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transnistria, Ingushetia and Chechnya.
Official Yerevan has yet not confirmed receiving such a request.
