Yerevan /Mediamax/. The agreement on the order of Armenian citizens’ stay in Russia and Russian citizens’ stay in Armenia was signed in Sochi today.
Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan and Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev were present at the signing of the agreement.
Under the agreement, the citizens of one of the two countries temporarily staying in the other one are exempted from the obligation to register (based on the location) in the relevant bodies of the entry country within 30 days.
“The agreement will provide favorable conditions for Armenian citizens leaving for Russia, including for migrant workers”, reads the governmental press release.
