Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said that Armenia received an invitation from the Turkish authorities to take part in the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and "the participation will most probably be on the level of Foreign Minister”.
Taking part in “Together-2014” pan-Armenian educational forum and answering the questions of the participants on August 24, Serzh Sargsyan also noted that the Foreign Minister will be informed whether the new President of Turkey is going to visit the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial during the upcoming commemorations of the Armenian Genocide Centennial on April 24, 2015, and see firsthand the Eternal Flame-bound vast human procession, which has been growing in intensity over many decades, Mediamax reports.
The inauguration ceremony of Turkey’s 12th President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will take place on August 28.
