Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said that Baku continues "the line of neglect and maximalism” toward the international community’s calls.

Edward Nalbandian said this during his meeting with EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and crisis in Georgia Herbert Salber in Yerevan today.

The Minister said that the Azerbaijani President’s refusal to accept the three famous principles of international law proposed by the mediators as a basis for the conflict settlement indicates this.

The Minister called the EU Special Representative’s attention to the Azerbaijani Armed Forces’ frequent provocations along the border line with Artsakh and on the Armenian border.

Edward Nalbandian said that Azerbaijan continuously turns down the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs’ proposals on creating investigative mechanisms for border incidents, withdrawing snipers and strengthening the ceasefire regime, and inhibits the progress of the talks with its destructive stance.
