Mediamax notes that Andranik Mihranyan headed “Institute of Democracy and Cooperation” established by Russia in the New York City.
In early July it became known that the Institute would cease its work. Andranik Mihranyan told Gazeta.ru that “the mission of the Institute accomplished.” “Human rights in the U.S. have improved,” he added.
