Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan stated today that “presently the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic can proudly stand in the lineup of those countries which predominantly stand out with better organization, powerful army and strong public institutions”.
Serzh Sargsyan stated it in his congratulatory message on NKR Independence Day.
“The historic choice of the people of Artsakh is an irreversible reality now”, the Armenian President said.
“Not only we admire the strengthening of diplomacy, cultural and educational progress as well as the economic growth rates in NKR. Artsakh has already proved both itself and the entire world that it has strong political-educational stock to build a civilized and prosperous statehood.
The war imposed on us and the frequent provocations along the borders are nothing compared to the powerful spirit that has been guiding the people of Artsakh and Armenians all over the world. That very spirit inspired our heroes to wage a freedom fight and is behind our drive for creative undertakings”, Serzh Sargsyan said.
