Yerevan /Mediamax/. NKR authorities are ready to return 15-year old Javid Samir Oglu Muzafarzade to Azerbaijan.
According to the release of the NKR State Commission on Prisoners Of War, Hostages and Missing Persons, on September 5, 2014, under-age Azerbaijani citizen residing in Mir-Bashir city voluntarily crossed the NKR border in Martakert region and was arrested by relevant NKR services.
