Yerevan/Mediamax/. Foreign Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan invited EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and crisis in Georgia Herbert Salber to Arstakh.
At a meeting in Yerevan today, Karen Mirzoyan said that the EU Special Representative can familiarize himself with the current realities in Arstakh.
The sides exchanged opinions on the options and prospects of EU-Artsakh cooperation.
Karen Mirzoyan attached importance to ensuring the EU representatives’ free access to Arstakh.
