Yerevan /Mediamax/. By the initiative of the Committee on Constitutional Reforms, NKR National Assembly hosted the first public discussions with participation of both parliamentary and non-parliamentary parties.
According to NKR National Assembly press service, the main discussion was around presidential and parliamentary models of state governance.
Head of the committee, Artsakh National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan noted that the discussions will continue in the next few days, and a draft concept will be presented to NKR President by August 1.
Once the concept is approved, the committee will begin development of a draft on constitutional reforms to submit the final version.
