Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian said today that Azerbaijan has been refusing for months to realize the agreements reached at the highest level in Vienna and St. Petersburg.
Armenian MFA informed that Edward Nalbandian made this statement at the meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.
Edward Nalbandian stressed that the latest statements made by Azerbaijani leadership are damaging the negotiation process.
“Despite many calls from the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to refrain from maximalist and provocative rhetorics and actions, Baku carries on in that style,” Armenian FM said.
