Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan expressed confidence that sooner or later Armenian genocide will get "comprehensive, integral and unambiguous” assessment.
The Armenian President stated it at the opening of the “Parable of the East. Christianity Facing Millennium Challenges” photo exhibition in Rome.
“The truth is without condemning the crimes of the past there can be no peace and no safe future. It’s exactly to this end that we cannot let the faith be used for the sake of xenophobia or against other religions. We cannot let religion serve for wars and violence. Instead, we should use the power and might of the religion in order to establish and maintain dialog and tolerance in all corners around the world”, Serzh Sargsyan said.
