Yerevan /Mediamax/. Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan announced today that Center of strategic initiatives under the Armenian government will be established until the end of this year.
The creation of this center is conditioned by the government’s new programme and is aimed at developing long-term strategic programs in close cooperation with private sector.
Prime Minister remarked that with the help of different advisors and international organizations, strategic concepts, relating a number of sectors, have been elaborated and approved by the government for many years.
“There are concepts from a legal point of view, which are not being developed currently due to various reasons. I assign all the ministries to present such concepts in one-week period, and introduce receipts on available resources, necessary for the implementation of those projects,” Prime Minister said, adding that common database needs to be created.
