Yerevan /Mediamax/. Director of International Secretariat of ARF Bureau Kiro Manoyan thinks that Russia's selling USD1bln arms to Azerbaijan is not a conduct "worthy of a strategic ally”.
During his meeting with journalists, Kiro Manoyan said that though Russia-Azerbaijan military agreement doesn't violate any provision contained in Armenia-Russia agreements it may change the situation in the region, Mediamax reports.
“Even if it doesn't shake the military balance in the region it will increase the possibility of restarting the war. In this regard, Russia's conduct is worrying”, said Kiro Manoyan.
