Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today signed a decree on appointing Edward Nalbandian to the post of the Armenian Foreign Minister.
The Armenian President also signed a decree on appointing Seyran Ohanyan to the post of the Defense Minister of Armenia.
Thus, Edward Nalbandian and Seyran Ohanyan preserved their posts and became the first members of the government headed by Hovik Abrahamyan.
