Yerevan/Mediamax/. The Ministry of Health informed that the control of Armenia’s state border’s air and land checkpoints has been strengthened in order to prevent possible transmission of Ebola virus.
In particular, thermal detectors allowing to detect patients with fever at a distance have been installed.
The Ministry informs that they have acquired a complete set of individual protective overalls which will be used if necessary, and have devised a training manual to raise awareness among the medical staff.
The Ministry of Health proposed the Ministry of Agriculture to forbid the entry of wild animals to Armenia.
