Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Yerevan Press Club (YPC) Boris Navasardyan expressed the concern today that Armenia’s membership to Customs Union "will have a considerable on Armenian media”.

Boris Navasardyan noted that the YPC partners already warn that this political development will entail restrictions of freedom of expression, Mediamax reports.

“Even if it doesn't directly restrict freedom of expression and media, this political shift will cause changes. Armenia finds itself in a single integration model with Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia and public opinion has never been considered important in these countries, its impact on the processes going on in the country is limited. It’s the challenge we should be ready for”, said Boris Navasardyan.
