Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has invited the observation missions of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and the CIS states to observe the early parliamentary elections, which Armenia is set to hold on December 9.
President Sarkissian has addressed corresponding official letters to OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger and CIS Executive Committee Chairman, Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev.
