Yerevan /Mediamax/. The Strategic Defense Review (SDR) in case of military aggression against Armenia grants an exceptional opportunity to specify and bring into consonance the issues of all the state structures.
Defense Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan stated it at the recurrent meeting of the Interagency Commission Coordinating the Armenian Strategic Defense Review.
This interim meeting held in the fourth stage of the strategic review aimed to specify the interagency cooperation in developing the Armenian Army Structure and to outline the ultimate goals, ways and means.
The second Strategic Defense Review will be carried out by late 2015 and will be aimed at ensuring the prospective development of the dynamic system of Armenia’s defense and security by 2020, based on the long-term assessment of the security environment that has shaped around Armenia.
