Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Ambassador to Israel Armen Melqonyan (residence in Cairo) did visit to Jerusalem this week and had meetings in Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan said this to Mediamax.

“The Armenian Ambassador visits Israel at least once a month and has a number of meetings in the Foreign Ministry of that country. Thus, there is nothing extraordinary in that”, said Balayan.

While reputable Israeli newspaper Haaretz wrote today that Armen Melkonyan had a meeting with the Head of Israeli Foreign Ministry's Eurasian Department Dan Orian and made an official complaint for the supply of Israeli-made weapons to Azerbaijan, in particular, unmanned aerial vehicles.
