Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan addressed a congratulatory message to President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov on the occasion of Independence Day.
“The Republic of South Ossetia is a fraternal state, connected with us by much in history, culture and traditions of our peoples. Artsakh has particular appreciation for the friendship with you. While creating an independent state, the people of South Ossetia went a hard and valiant way, showing an example of true resilience and heroism,” the message reads.
