Yerevan /Mediamax/. NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan stated in Brussels, "It is time to recognize the free and democratic Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh and support its consecutive development.”
NKR MFA informed that Karen Mirzoyan made this statement at the meeting with members and experts of the European Parliament in the framework of his working visit to Belgium on September 27.
“Despite the peaceful and legal nature of the Karabakh movement, Azerbaijan rejected any dialogue from the beginning and turned to use of force and policy of terror, which lead to a full-scale war against Nagorno-Karabakh and its civil population,” Karen Mirzoyan observed.
He stressed that NKR frequently informed about the preparations to a new war made by Azerbaijan, but the international community was not implicated to the warnings.
“Azerbaijan’s impunity caused the renewal of military operations against Nagorno-Karabakh on April 2,” Karen Mirzoyan said.
