Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian had a discussion in Paris with his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault on peaceful settlement of the NK issue.
According to Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Edward Nalbandian emphasized that Azerbaijan has refused for months now to implement agreements reached at presidential level during the summits in Vienna and St. Petersburg.
“Azerbaijan consistently escalates the situation on the Line of Contact, hindering creation of relative conditions for promoting the negotiation process,” Armenian Foreign Minister said.
