Yerevan /Mediamax/. Today at around 09:30 Azerbaijani side fatally wounded serviceman of Artsakh Defense Army Mher Arzoumanyan (born in 1998) in one of NKR Defense Army military units, located in the Southern direction.
NKR Defense Army reports that an investigation is carried out to find out the details of the incident.
