Yerevan /Mediamax/. Deputy Chairman of "Heritage” party Armen Martirosyan said today that the referendum on constitutional reforms should be followed by early elections.

“Nobody takes interest in what is written in the new text of the Constitution. Stalin’s Constitution was also a very democratic one but it didn’t hold him back from committing the crimes”, he said adding that the quality of the Constitution should be seen in its enforcement.

Armen Martirosyan noted that the Armenian society is currently concerned about change of power and real reforms.

“If the four parliamentary forces fulfill 12 provisions it will pave way to the reforms. The Constitution won’t work without normal governance as it is not working now”, he said.
