Yerevan/Mediamax/. Due to a heavy snowstorm in Georgia, Ninotsminda-Lars segment and the Georgian side of the Bavra checkpoint are closed.
The National Center for Crisis Management at the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations contacted the Armenian citizens who are in the neutral zone of Armenia-Georgia border. They were informed about the situation and asked to return to stay away from possible jams.
The Ministry urges the citizens to avoid traveling to the mentioned destinations.
