Yerevan, July 31. /Mediamax/. “Sasna Tsrer” armed group member Varuzhan Avetisyan stated that the group decided to lay down their weapons and come out of the seized Erebuni Police Station.

He made this statement during the phone call with 1in.am.

Varuzhan Avetisyan said that “Sasna Tsrer” surrender in order to avoid bloodshed, but they will continue the struggle from prison.

“We believe that our actions created the spark that was necessary to wake up the people,” he said.

“Only God can stop the people who rose to fight,” Varuzhan Avetisyan stated.
