Yerevan /Mediamax/. Azerbaijan has purchased the new portable fire-control system "Lektor” from Belarus and used it during the military exercise in March, Interfax reports with reference to AzeriDefence website.
The system includes a tablet computer, a handheld computer, radio stations, a reconnaissance device and an automatic weather station.
“Lektor” is designed for collecting and storing data, as well as fulfilling calculating and information tasks. All components of the system bar the weather station were designed in Belarus.
The “Lektor” system was first displayed at IDEX-2019 in Abu Dhabi in February.
