Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia urges international partners to refrain from actions that might facilitate arms race and instability in the region, Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said at the meeting with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar on December 7.
Touching on the peace talks on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Mnatsakanyan noted that the status and security of Artsakh are the priority for Armenia and emphasized the decisive voice of Artsakh in the negotiation process.
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan also stressed the need for trust building measures and reduction of rhetoric.
