Yerevan /Mediamax/. Secretary of NKR National Security Council, Artsakh Hero Vitaly Balasanyan said that he starts holding political consultations on his candidacy in the presidential elections of Artsakh.
“I plan holding meetings with parlimentary and extra-parliamentary political forces, NGOs, and active individuals. I also intend to visit communities and meet with our citizens to discuss with them the relevance of my candidacy in the 2020 presidential elections,” Vitaly Balasanyan said in an interview to Artsakhpress.
He emphasized that by participating in 2012 presidential and 2015 parliamentary elections, he introduced a number of programs relating to social-economic and security issues, of which some are pertinent even today.
